摘要：随着现代网络技术的发展，传统电子政务已经无法满足政府信息管理的需求。为了能够加强政府信息管理，创新管理能力，本文详细的介绍了政府信息管理的重要性，传统的电子政务方式和内涵，并探索了基于移动技术平台的电子政务系统，以及现代流行的微博信息管理平台，创新网络理念，为政府信息管理提供参考，方便公众使用。

Abstract: with the development of modern network technology, the traditional electronic government affairs can not meet the needs of government information management. In order to strengthen the government information management, innovation of the management ability, this paper describes in detail the government information management and the importance of the traditional e-government way and the connotation, and explored the mobile technology platform based on the electronic government affairs system, as well as modern popular micro bo information management platform, innovation network concept for the government to provide reference information management, convenient public use.

1 引言

随着新时代的到来，网络的应用更加广泛，网络时代信息的流动非常迅速，因此在一定程度上改变了政府管理模式。基于政府的职责角度来讲，政府对信息的管理是其核心任务之一，政府需要掌握舆情，能够为公众提供优质的信息服务[1]。基于战略意义的角度来讲，政府信息已经成为一种重要的战略资源，体现了一个国家的综合国力，因此，创新网络理念，加强政府信息管理，关系到国家的生死存亡和兴旺发展，必须引起重视。本文基于笔者多年的政府信息管理经验，针对当前流行的移动应用电子政务和微博应用平台进行探索，以便创新网络理念，加强政府信息管理，使其更好的服务于民。

2 政府信息管理方式

2.1 电子政务介绍
