摘要：2006年12月4日，《关于印发<铁路建设项目甲供物资设备采购供应暂行办法>的通知》（铁建设〔2006〕217号）确定“由专业物资代理公司提供（铁道部组织建设单位采购供应的铁路大中型建设项目甲供物资设备的）采购供应服务”。现在，五年多时间过去了，部管物资代理服务工作随着铁路建设的进程而潮起潮落，其中的酸甜苦辣值得回味和反思。作者通过实际工作中的发现，指出了铁路建设项目物资代理服务工作中存在的主要不足，并从加强专业服务队伍建设，提升代理服务水平；优化招标采购工作流程，强化组织供应工作 ；加大质量监控力度，提升驻厂监造能力；协助建设单位做好生产（供应）商管理，四个方面提出了提高铁路建设项目物资代理服务工作水平的措施，为从事该先工作的工作人员提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract: on dec. 4, 2006, "on printing and distributing the railway construction projects for material equipment purchasing and supply a tentative measures > announcement" (iron construction [2006] no. 217) and make sure "by professional materials agency company provide (mor organization construction units purchasing and supply of large and medium-sized construction project a railway for material equipment) purchase and supply service".
