摘要：思想政治工作是一切工作的基础和保障，在企业生产过程中对于统一思想，凝聚人心，调动员工的工作积极性，促进企业改革和发展具有十分重要的积极作用。随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立，以经济发展为主要考核指标，企业效益为大的状况下，员工的思想体系也受到了这种改革开放大局的影响，对国有企业中思想政治工作的重要性和意义提出了质疑，思想政治工作有否有必要进行？如何开展思想政治工作等问题摆在了企业面前。这就要求企业重新梳理思想政治工作的工作机制，对其进行创新来适应当前时期企业的发展和员工的思想。

Abstract: The ideological and political work is the basis and guarantee of all work in the production process for the unity of thinking, the cohesion of the people, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, to promote enterprise reform and development has a very important role. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system, economic development as the main assessment index, and enterprises for the big situations, the ideological system of the employees has been the impact of the overall situation of reform and opening up, an important ideological and political work on state-owned enterprises and significance questioned the ideological and political work and whether there is a need for? 思想政治工作在国有企业中，由于其国有企业的企业性质，决定了思想政治工作的存在必要性，同时也确立了思想政治工作在企业中的地位，思想政治工作在企业管理中成为其管理内容的重要部分，在员工精神和企业文化等无形资产上是极其活跃、积极重要的因素，与企业的发展同向、同力，在企业中尤其是国有企业中起着积极主导的重要作用。

一、企业思想政治工作要与企业文化建设结合起来

企业文化是指企业在长期发展的过程中所形成的共同思想、作风、价值观念和行为准则，是一种具有企业个性的信念和行为风格。它是一种“以人为中心”新的管理思想，重视“人”在企业中的作用，它是企业生存和可持续发展的原动力之一。……
