摘要：广播电视大学具有信息化程度较高，远程教育技术相对成熟的优势，信息技术环境下的校本研修的开展，将会全面体现教师的价值、发挥教师的潜能，促进教师的自主化、个性化、专业化发展。该文从分校实际出发，就基于C#技术实现的广播电视大学校本研修平台的总体结构与功能以及实现技术进行了逐一的论述。

The Design and Development of the School-based Research and Training Platform in Television University Based on C#

Abstract: The radio and television university has the advantage of a relatively high level of informatization as well as a relatively mature dis tance education technology. The undertaking of School-based Research and Training under the information technology environment will reflect teachers value in a comprehensive way, develop teachers potential, thus help to promote the autonomous, individual and profes sional development in the teaching staff. The platform start from the reality of TV university campus, elaborate the whole structure and function as well as the implementation technique of the School-based Research and Training platform in the radio and television university which is based on C# technology.

网络环境下的校本研修在普教系统已开展多年，而且取得了一定成果。但在广播电视大学系统并未受到足够重视。广播电视大学信息化程度较高，远程教育技术相对成熟。各级电大通过卫星、互联网和组织体系实现了有机连接，形成了天地人网结合、三级平台互动的方便、灵活、开放的教学和学习环境。学生根据自己的需要选择文字教材、广播（录音）、电视（录像）、CAI课件、学习网站等多种媒体进行自学，教师给予必要的面授辅导和全过程学习支持服务[1]。电大教师的授课均安排在晚上和双休日，白天不坐班，相互学习和交流的机会有限。若能充分利用学校信息化程度高、远程教育技术成熟的优势进行校本研修，将会全面体现教师的价值、发挥教师的潜能，促进教师的自主化、个性化、专业化发展。[2]

本平台根据上海电视大学松江分校实际出发，结合“人本主义”、“建构主义”、“学习风格”等重要理论，构建“松江电大校本研修系统”，从而优化校园文化、信息化环境，提高教师综合素质，推动学校更好更快发展。……
