摘 要： 增强责任心是做好细节管理的基础，提高复制能力是做好细节管理的必需，养成高度的职业能力是做好细节管理的根本，建立数字化指标是做好细节管理的手段，遵循完善的流程是做好细节管理的精髓，培养规则意识是做好细节管理的保障，关键的、有效的细节决定成败。总体而言，规则意识、数字化管理、职业能力、完善的流程和抓好有效细节等是实现细节管理的关键和保证。

Concise Remarks on the Realistic Choice of Detail Management

Abstract: Strengthening responsibility is to do a good job of detail management foundation, and improving the ability to copy is to do the necessary detail management, developing high vocational ability is to do a good job in detail the fundamental management, the establishment of digital index is detail management means, following the perfect process is the essence of details management, training the consciousness of rules is to do detail management, the key, the effective detail decides on success or failure. The result shows that regulation awareness, digital management, occupation abilities, perfect flow and paying attention to effective details, etc. are crucial and warrant to the realization of detail management.

蝴蝶效应应该是细节管理的理论溯源。1972年，麻省理工学院气象学专家劳伦兹发表了论文《可预测性：巴西一只蝴蝶的振翅会触发得州的一场龙卷风吗》。这篇论文的核心内容是南半球某一地方的一只蝴蝶，偶尔煽动一下翅膀所引起的微弱气流，几星期后可能引起席卷北半球某地的一场龙卷风。劳伦兹戏称这种混沌运动对初始条件的敏感依赖性为“蝴蝶效应”。[1]

蝴蝶效应给人的启示是，小的变化可能使大而复杂的系统完全改变，而大的变化可能是细小的原因所造成的。如果极小的、平凡的事成为“枢纽点”，就能改变历史的轨迹，所以说小事并不小。

细节管理实际上提出了一种杠杆理论，即它不在于力量的大小，而在于用力的方法和位置，有一个恰当的支点，才可以运用好细节管理这一杠杆。

一个组织即使有了宏伟的战略，但没有严格、认真的细节执行，再科学的决策，也很难落到实处。……
