摘 要 民办高校是我国近年来依靠社会力量办学发展起来的高等教育模式，是对我国公办高等教育的一个有效补充。民办高校的师德建设成败，影响着整个高等教育事业的健康发展。本文通过分析民办高校的教师队伍及其师德问题，提出了引发这些问题的主要原因和解决方法，对加强民办高校教师队伍的师德建设以及民办高校可持续发展提出了一己之见。

Analysis and Construction of Teachers' Morality in Private Colleges

Abstract Private universities are schools develop relying on society of higher education in recent years, it is an effective complement to China's public higher education. Private colleges ethics construction in the success or failure affects the healthy development of the entire higher education. Through the analysis of the private universities, teachers and teachers of morality, the main cause of these problems and solutions, and strengthen the moral construction of the teachers of private colleges and private universities of sustainable development put forward his own opinion.

1 民办高校教师队伍的构成及其特点

近年来，由于我国对社会力量办学的鼓励和支持，民办高校得到了迅速地发展，从学生人数来看，部分地区的民办高校已经形成了与公办高校“三分天下有其一”的局面。不过，我国民办高校的兴起与发展毕竟时间不长，还处于初期阶段，在很多方面，特别是在员工队伍方面，多数民办高校还存在明显不足。

民办高校的所有员工均属于聘用制，其员工队伍按职责分主要包括任课教师（专职任课教师和兼职任课教师）、专职班主任、后勤保卫人员以及管理人员四个方面。本文所探讨的民办高校的教师队伍泛指民办高校的所有员工。下面分别对这四个方面的情况作初步分析。

（1）民办高校的任课教师：高校的主要职责是教书育人，所以任课教师是高校员工队伍的主体，民办高校也不例外。民办高校的任课教师主要包括本校的专职任课教师、外聘的兼职任课教师和本校的管理人员中的“双肩挑”（即同时从事管理和教学任务）人员。……
