摘 要 目前，随着高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻和大学生的创业意识普遍提高，高校创业教育开展和深化已成为必然，创业教育的核心在于培养大学生良好的创业品质。本文着重从创业认识教育、创业态度转变和创业行为规范三个方面入手，对大学生创业品质的培育路径进行探究，试图提出优化大学生创业品质的建设性举措。

Exploration on College Students' Cultivation Paths of Entrepreneurial Quality

Abstract With the employment of college graduates increasingly grim situation and entrepreneurship among university students awareness of the general improvement in enterprise education to develop and deepen has become inevitable, the core of entrepreneurial education is to train college students a good entrepreneurial quality. This article focuses on entrepreneurship awareness education to change in entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial behavior specification three-pronged approach to explore the Cultivation of Students entrepreneurial path, trying to optimize the quality of college students venture constructive initiatives.

近十年来，我国高等教育已完成从精英化向大众化的转变，而与此同时大学生毕业生数量巨幅增加，就业形势日趋严峻，就业岗位有限性与就业需求扩张性的矛盾日益突出。①党的十七大报告曾明确指出，“就业是民生之本。实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进以创业带动就业”，因此培养具有自主创业精神和创业能力的大学生，使越来越多的大学毕业生“不仅成为求职者，而且逐渐成为工作岗位的创造者”已成为当前高校就业创业教育的重要任务。作为素质教育的深化和拓展，创业教育的大力发展能够有效解决“就业难”这一社会难题。创业品质是在创业者的创业实践过程中的心理和行为起调节作用的个性心理特征，创业品质作为创业教育的核心目标，很大程度决定着创业者创业的成功与否。全方位、立体化提高大学生的创业品质，创业教育才可能落在实处取得实效。而创业认知教育、创业态度转变和创业行为规范可以为培育良好创业品质提供有效的路径参考。……
