摘 要 思想政治教育科学化，是思想政治教育学科发展的必然趋势，也是提高思想政治教育有效性的重要途径。提升思想政治教育科学化水平要以人为本，探索研究和科学管理。这样才能认清现实，有针对性开展思想政治教育。

1 以人为本——增强思想政治教育实效性

科学化是思想政治教育的时代诉求，那么要提升思想政治教育科学化水平，首先要树立“以人为本”的教育理念。教育理念是指导思想政治教育科学化建设的理论武器，关系到思想政治教育科学化水平和建设方向。马克思指出：“批判的武器当然不能代替武器的批判，物质力量只能用物质力量来摧毁；但是理论一经掌握群众，也会变成物质力量。理论只要说服人，就能掌握群众；而理论只要彻底，就能说服人。所谓彻底，就是抓住事物的根本。但是，人的根本就是人本身。”由此可知，理论一旦结合实际将会发挥巨大的物质力量。所以思想政治教育中树立“以人为本”的教育理念，并在实际教育生活中实践这种理念，将会对思想政治教育科学化产生重要的影响。所谓“以人为本”就是一种对人在社会发展中的主体作用与地位的肯定，充分尊重和满足人的需要，开发和发挥人的潜能，促进人的人格完善和全面发展。思想政治教育坚持以人为本的教育理念，就是要把受教育者和教育者作为主体和目的，而不仅仅是教育的客体和手段，把他们都作为教育的本质而不仅仅是单纯的教育结果，这样思想政治教育就具有了内源性和可持续发展性。……
