摘 要 2010年1月31日，国务院发布的中央一号文件中首次使用了“新生代农民工”的提法 。但是新生代农民工的文化生活问题日益突出，本文阐述了新生代农民工文化需求的困境，分析了造成新生代农民工文化需求不能满足的主要原因，提出了解决新生代农民工文化需求的实现路径。

New Generation of Migrant Workers

Abstract January 31, 2010, the first time in the central of the State Council issued Document No. 1 "the new generation of migrant workers". The cultural life of the new generation of migrant workers have become increasingly prominent, the paper describes the plight of the new generation of migrant workers and cultural needs, analyze the main reason for the cultural needs of the new generation of migrant workers can not meet, to address the paths of new generation of migrant workers' cultural needs.

2010年1月31日，国务院发布的中央一号文件中首次使用了“新生代农民工”的提法 。由于新生代农民工的文化需求不能得到很好的满足，他们的精神文化生活问题日益突出。富士康员工“十二连跳”自杀事件为我们敲响了警钟，社会各界必须关注新生代农民工文化需求问题。

1 新生代农民工文化需求的困境

新生代农民工不仅为经济、社会的发展做出了贡献，也促进了自身的进步，但在社会现实中追求个人美好未来时，却摩擦出种种矛盾，不仅是物质需求，更是文化需求不能很好的满足而出现的问题。根据调研情况的逻辑分析，当前新生代农民工的文化需求困境主要表现在三个方面:

1.1 文化技能水平有待提高

新生代农民工大多是初高中毕业就到城市打工，虽与老一代相比有很大的进步，但是在城市中却是低学历和无技术人员，没有什么优势，这成为他们实现城市梦的严重阻碍，梦想和现实的巨大差距使他们意识到要想改变命运，必须要有文化知识和一技之长，这样才能拓展自身的发展空间。……
