[摘 要]“两种文化”视阈下的鄱阳湖生态文化政策，需要从文化教育政策、文化产业政策、文化艺术政策等方面，突出科学文化与人文文化和谐共融的生态局面。鄱阳湖生态文化教育政策，应该促进科学文化与人文文化的共同传承；鄱阳湖生态文化产业政策，应该尊重科学文化与人文文化的多元化共存；鄱阳湖生态文化艺术政策，重在引导“两种文化”和谐共生的价值取向。

Abstract： Poyang Lake eco-cultural policy， from the perspective of “Two Cultures”， should highlight harmonious eco-prospects between scientific culture and humanistic one， involving the policy of cultural education， cultural industries and culture and arts. The policy of Poyang Lake eco-cultural education should promote the common heritage of scientific culture and humanistic one. What should be respected in the policy of Poyang Lake eco-cultural industries are the diversification of cultural existence of scientific culture and humanistic one. It is important to guide the value orientation of harmonious ecology of “Two Cultures” in the policy of Poyang Lake eco-culture and arts.

鄱阳湖生态文化建设，目前还处于起步摸索阶段，一方面需要来自生态文化理论建设和具体文化实践等方面的完善与发展，这是一个文化发展的自生长过程；另一方面，良好的外部环境，尤其是切实可行的文化政策导向，也至关重要。

当下的文化生态，最令人瞩目的是科学文化与人文文化这“两种文化”和谐共融的问题。纳入到“两种文化”视阈下的鄱阳湖生态文化政策，要在立足于整个生态经济区的规划与和谐发展的基础上，充分意识到文化建设的特殊性。在推进生态文化产业化建设的过程中，要尊重人文文化发展的独特属性，注重多样化的教育手段，使生态文化中科学与人文协调发展的观念深入人心。……
