摘 要 教学中灵活地结合相关的例子，使消防部队基层行政管理课中单调的内容趣味化，乏味的内容具体化，采用寓教于乐的方法，对激发起学员学习行政管理的积极性，提高学员学习兴趣、培养学员正确的学习习惯与思维习惯起到很好的作用。《红楼梦》中的第十三回“王熙凤协理宁国府”和第五十六回：“敏探春兴利除宿弊”两章回内容就蕴含着管理学，在“消防部队基层行政管理”课程的教学中引用并剖析《红楼梦》中王熙凤和贾探春管理模式，对学习管理知识具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

Abstract In teaching, flexible combination of relevant examples, the fire brigade primary administrative class in monotonous content interesting, boring content entertaining, stimulate the enthusiasm of the students in learning the administrative, to raise their interest in learning, training students the right study habits and thinking habits play a good role. In the 13th chapter of "Dream of Red Mansions", "Wang Associate Ningguo" and the fifty-sixth chapter: "Min Tan Chun disadvantages in addition to long standing malpractice" two chapters contains the content of management, In "Grass-roots Administration" teaching, reference and analysis of Wang Xifeng and Jia Tanchun's management mode in the "Dream of Red Mansions", with a certain degree of inspiration and reference to learning management knowledge.

0 引言

“消防部队基层行政管理”作为一门消防部队院校设置的部队管理专业课，主要阐述的是消防部队管理最前沿理论成果,其内容包括管理的指导方针、原则、原理、方法、管理的艺术等各个方面，具有创造性、操作性强的特性。这种特性决定了消防部队基层行政管理在教学中必须要理论联系实际的原则，才能更好地激发学员的学习兴趣，帮助理解所学知识，培养发散性思维和提高综合能力。

1 要选择较强综合性的例子

所选案例最好能包含多个知识点，以体现出基层消防部队行政管理相关原理的内在联系性，这样可以提高学员从不同视角来观察和分析问题的能力。王熙凤协理宁国府和敏探春兴利除宿弊就是一个具有较强综合性的案例，既可以说明“能级管理”这一知识点。……
