摘要： 建筑装修装饰工程施工现场管理实际上是建筑装饰企业生产经营活动的基础，是创造经济效益的最前线，同时，它也是企业整体管理工作中最重要的组成部分。本文从建筑装修工程的两个重要阶段-工程前期准备和施工过程分析各阶段可能存在影响工程效果的隐患，强调在大型装修工程中加强施工项目管理的重要性。

Abstract: the construction decoration engineering construction site management is really building decoration enterprise production and business operation activities of the foundation, is at the forefront of creating economic benefit, and at the same time, it is also the whole enterprise in the management of the most important component. 一、大型建筑装饰装修工程概述

建筑装饰装修是指为使建筑物、构造物内外空间达到一定的环境质量要求，使用装饰装修材料，对建筑物、构造物外表和内部进行修饰处理的工程建筑活动。从某种意义上说，现场管理水平，代表了企业的管理水平，也是施工企业生产经营建设的综合表现。作为装饰工程管理者，要不断总结经验，不断提高装修装饰工程管理水平，确保工程质量。大型建筑装修工程，因涉及工种多，技术含量高和各个环节的协调等许多问题，使得实施项目管理显得格外重要。建筑装修工程施工项目的管理是指在整个生产周期中，利用系统工程理论，结合其他先进管理方法，对项目进行规划、决策、组织、协调、控制等管理工作以求在达到装修质量、工期、造价、环保及其他要求的基础上，实现装修工程项目的目标。因而装修工程项目管理水平的高低直接影响到装修工程的最终效果。……
