摘要:地区的历史文化发展脉络凝结在传统聚落之中,亦随着传统聚落的消失而湮没,从而使得地区在当代社会发展中缺失历史文化积淀的有力推动。浙江遂安古城的姜家镇因缺失地区文化的底蕴而呈现出发展力不足的状况,本文以遂安古城风貌的当代再创造和周边历史建筑的迁地保护为设计措施,探讨地区文化在当代城镇建设和发展中的前进途径。

Abstract:The historical and cultural development lines of an area are embedded in the traditional communities, which also distinguishes with the disappear of such communities, rendering an area to lack of the forceful drive of historical and cultural sediment in the modern social development. Jiangjia Town in the Ancient City of Suian of Zhejiang Province lacks sufficient development force due to being deprived of regional cultural foundation. With the modern recreation of the appearance of the Ancient City of Suian and relocation protection of surrounding historical buildings as the designed measures, this paper probes the advance road of regional culture in modern township building and development.

无论是城市还是乡村的传统聚落,将其在长期建设过程中所形成的文化发展脉络凝结在聚落风貌形态之上,并且其特质已成为一种地区文化的标识性资源。在当今全球化快速发展、文化逐渐趋同的背景下,体现着文化脉络的聚落传统风貌已成为一种稀缺资源,这种“稀缺性”决定了地区发展的价值。聚落风貌形态作为地区文化的重要载体,作为促进地区社会经济发展的有效资源,特别是在旅游业发展格局中具有不可替代的作用。

在挖掘和弘扬地区历史文化、拓展旅游资源以促进地方社会经济发展的过程中,姜家镇呈现出历史文化的“失忆”状态。即浙江省淳安县由于兴建水库的历史事件,而使得具有悠久历史文化积淀的遂安古城淹没在浩渺的水面之下,从而导致当今姜家镇地区的建设历史被大大地缩短,地区文化脉络的断裂和文化价值载体的消失。……
