摘要:“山水城市”思想是钱学森提出的融合传统文化与现代技术的城市建设新思想,本文总结了“山水城市”思想的概念与精神内涵,探讨了“山水城市”思想与扬州的契合,并在分析扬州城市景观构建现状的基础上,就如何将“山水城市”思想融入扬州城市环境建设,特别是景观构建提出了一些建议。

Abstract: The “landscape city” concept is a new city building concept integrating traditional culture

and modern technology proposed by Qian Xuesen. Combining the denotative and connotative meanings of the “landscape city” concept, the paper discusses the integration of the concept and Yangzhou. Somesuggestions are put forth on how to integrate the“landscape city”concept in the urban environment building of Yangzhou, especially landscape building on the basis of analyzing the present state of landscape shaping of Yangzhou.

城市是居民物质生活与精神生活的重要承载体,好的城市环境可以优化人们的生活品质,对于旅游城市来说,城市景观建设更直接与城市经济发生着联系。然而城市的旅游业发展和城市景观构建之间,目前存在着比较突出的矛盾。一方面,城市景观的良好构建可以促进旅游业的发展,从而带来产业化的运作方式,促进城市经济提升;另一方面,对于经济利益的追求会导致城市景观的内在价值被弱化,比如景观的文化价值,而过分强调景观的外在经济价值。在这种情形下,如何平衡积极因素与消极因素,如何高效的构筑良好的城市生活氛围,首先在于运用一种贴切的先进思想作为指导,并进行理论联系实际的有效规划,“山水城市”便是契合这一现象的积极思想。如果能将这一思想透彻理解、合理运用,必将实现提升城市环境和促进旅游业发展的双赢局面。……
