孙炳伟男，1963年生。1987年毕业于镇江医学院医学专业，镇江医学院附属医院整形烧伤外科主任，副主任医师。江苏省整形烧伤外科学会委员，镇江市整形烧伤外科学组组长，共发表论文13篇，获市科技奖2项，承担省级课题三项。

［摘要］目的：探讨隆乳术中不损伤乳腺组织的相关问题。方法：采用乳晕下缘切口，胸大肌下腔隙盐水充注式假体隆乳。

结果：20例小乳症手术顺利，病人及手术医师均感满意，随访一年以上未出现并发症。

结论：盐水充注式假体安全性高，乳晕下缘切口疤痕隐蔽，不损伤乳腺组织，手术操作简便。

AUGMENTATION MAMMOPLASTY WITH SALINE-FILLED IMPLANTS THROU

GHPARIAREOLAR APPRACH WITHOUT DAMAGING OF THE BREAST GLAND

[Abstract] Objective:To investigate the applications of saline-filled implants in augmentation mammaplosty. Methods:Use of saline-filled implants through pariareolar apprach without damaging of the breast gland in augmentation mammaplosty. Results:20 cases of augmentation mammoplosty with saline-filled implants have gotten satisfactory results without any complications.All of cases have been followed-up more than l year. Conclusion:There are high safety in using saline-filled implants,the operation through periareolar apprach is relatively simple and direct,and operating scar is not obvious.

盐水充注式乳房假体因其使用与组织相容的生理盐水作为充填液，避免了以往硅胶假体的许多弊端，因此也受到求术者的欢迎。本文报告近年施行的20例不损伤乳腺组织的盐水充注式乳房假体隆乳术，并对相关问题进行讨论。

1临床资料

20例女性，均为双侧小乳症。年龄20岁～38岁，平均29.5岁。职业分布：宾馆服务员8例，出国人员4例，营业员2例，其他6例。假体体积：220ml～280ml，其中国产假体17对，进口假体(美国MENTOR公司产)3对。

2手术方法

2.1麻醉本组均采用高位持续硬膜外麻醉。

2.2术前假体准备进口假体无需消毒，拆封即可使用。国产假体先反复用力挤压检查是否漏气，用肥皂水及清水洗净后连同注水管一同高压消毒：120℃30分钟。……
