教学目标:学生识记、拼读Cl,Pl辅音连缀,能分音节拼读单词,由易到难,在绕口令、故事阅读中提高Cl,Pl辅音连缀的复现率,开阔学生视野,培养学生积极的情感态度。

选取内容:以PEP五年级下册第一单元为蓝本,涉及了小学英语各教材中所含Cl,Pl的高频单词。

设计依据及建议:本设计依据短课时、高频率、多接触之英语教学原则而做短课时设计。Cl,Pl辅音连缀各分在三个短课时中完成,每个短课时设计建议用时三到五分钟。

教学设计:

短课时教学设计一

1.Look at the two pictures,can you spell? These three words all begin with “cl”,can you read “cl”?And the last three words all end with“cle”.Try to read and think of the pronunciation.Lead to read.

2.Let’s spell the words.

cl-ock-clock,cl-ick-click;cl-ub-club;cl-oud-cloud,climb-climb

3.Now you can read“ cl__”“__cle”.蕴et’s read more words,just read, not spell:clock,clever, club, clean, class,clown, click, cloud, cloudy,climb,uncle,circle,bicycle.

4.T:I will put them on the wall.You can read them after class.And next class we will read stories written with these words.

1.Review thewordswe learned last class.

2.Now let’s chant.Climb,climb,climb,we want to climb,climb up tothecloud on a cloudy day.

3.T:They want to climb up to the cloud on a cloudy day.Here isa story aboutClair.What does she want to do?Let’s read it.

This is Claire.She is clever and naughty.

“Clair,clean yourroom,please! Put your book on the right place,please!”

“My clock!Clair,not on the clock,please!”

4.You can act the story.Next class let’s show.

1.T:First show the story we learned last class.

2.Here is a chant.Try to read in your group.Then I’d like some group to read it.

Uncle Sam is not my uncle.

Uncle Tom is my uncle.

Uncle Sam can’t clean my little clock.

Uncle Tom can check and clean my little clock.

3.T:Afterclass,please read the chant again and again.Pay attention to “cl”.Next class you would have to show the chant.

2.Let’s spell.

pl-ant-plant;pl-ay-play;pl-ea-se-please;pl-ace-place;pl-ane-plane;pl-an-plan.

3.Now let’s chant.

America, America, the place I plan to go by plane.

Australia, Australia, the place I plan to go by plane.

Beijing,Beijing,the place I plan to go by plane.

Which place do you plan to go?

4.T:Please say the chant after class,and show the chant to your parents.

My uncle has 100 clocks.He never cleans them.His wife cleans them. “Click, click,click”the clocks say.“I am cross”.As so many clocks,I never know the time!”

Story 2.

Here is another short passage,maybe a little difficult.You can read it in your group.If you can,draw some pictures for the story you like.And next class let’s share them.
