A 字母开音节自然拼读

选取内容:以PEP四年级上册第一单元为蓝本,纳入了小学英语课标规定A字母开音节单词,同时涉及了少量非课标类单词。

设计依据及建议:本设计依据短课时、高频率、多接触之英语教学原则而做短课时设计。A字母开音节分在六个短课时中完成,每个短课时设计建议用时三到五分钟。

教学设计:

短课时教学设计一

1.T:Boys and girls,first let’s review some words.Look at the PPT.Please read loudly.

at,hat,tap,mad,Sam,can,plan.

2.You can read them very well.Here“a”is pronounced as in the word “at”. Now look carefully, they are changing.(PPT展示,每一个单词的后面都填加了不发音的字母E。形成如下的对比表格。)

T:What’sthedifference between the first line and the second line? Ss tell the difference.Then ask them to listen,try to tell,what’s the difference the two lines about sound?Then lead in“a-e-Aa”.Show them and lead to read.

Let’s see the word“plane”.We have learned this word before.Now Ithink you can understand how it is pronounced.So let’s pronounce it together:a-e-Aa-ane-plane-plane.

I have some other words,they are similar to“plane”.Now let’s read them together.then ask some of them to read or lead to read.

3.Now let’s read something about the words.First listen to me.Then let them practice in groups.Afterthat,ask some groups to read.

1.T:Hi,kids.Let’s review what have we learned about the letter“A”.I have some words,listen and choose which word I read.

(1)A.plane B.plan

(2)A.at B.ate

(3)A.made B.mad

(4)A.hate B.hat

Check if you are right.

2.From whatwe have learned,we know whatthe differenceisbetween“plane”and “plan”.Now let’s make it more familiar.Show them the picture below.

In this picture we can see,if we cancel “e”,the words will change both in meaning and pronunciation.Now follow me,let’s read.

a-e-Aa,ane-cane;

a-e-Aa,ane-mane;

a-e-Aa,ane-plane;

a-e-Aa,ane-vane.

an-can;an—fan;an-pan;an-ran.

3.You can read them very well,so remember“a-e-Aa—ane”.I have some pictures for you.Who can read them?(图片来自www.starfall.com)

Ask some of the students to read or lead to read.

4.Now let’s say a chant.

A can is not a cane.And a cane is not a can.

A van is not a vane.And a vane is not a van.

A pan is not a plane.And a plane is not a pan.

Can,cane,van,vane,pan,plane.

What a great fun!

After this class,please read the chantmoreoften.Tryto remember them.

1.Now Iwillread the chant.If you hear the word with“a-e-Aa”,please clap your hands.For example:A can is not a cane(clap).And a cane(clap)is not a can.Got it?Let’s do it.

2.This time I will read some words,try to write them down if you can.plane,pan,van,vane,at,ate.

3.As we know“a-e-Aa”.it’s easier for us to read and remember more words,right?So what about“ake”?Good.If we add a letter before it,we can get lots of words.

Now look:

Now follow me,let’s read.

a-e-Aa,ake-cake;

a-e-Aa,ake-make;

a-e-Aa,ake-bake;

a-e-Aa,ake-snake;

a-e-Aa,ake-lake;

a-e-Aa,ake-wake;

a-e-Aa,ake-take;

Now practice them by yourselves.Then I will ask some of you to read the words.

4.Now let’s say something with the words.

First,listen to the tape and follow.Then,follow me,let’s read with actions.I think it’s easier for you to remember the words in a story.

After this class,please read the story and in next class show it with actions.

1.First ask Ss to show the story with actions.

2.We have learned“a-e-Aa,ake”,so what about this one“ate”? Right.I think in this class you can read the words with“ate”much easier.

Now look and read.Can you read them directly?First,read in groups and try to help each other,then,Iwillask some groups to read the words.

3.Now let’s say something with the words.Ithink the pictures can help you understand what I’m saying.And it can also help you remember some of the words easily.

4.Now read by yourself,seek out the words you can’t read.

In this story,you can see Sam,Pam and Kate.How to call their name and why?Ask them to think and give the answer.

5.After this class,I hope you can read the words and the story about Kate.

短课时教学设计五

1.Before this class,we have learned “grape”.I have some words with “ape”.Look,please read them quickly.

Cape, jape, nape, rape,tape,shape,grape.

Ask a few students to read the words,check if they can read or not.

2.After reading the words with “ape”,show them more words with“a-e-Aa”,ask them to read in groups,see if they can read all the words.Then ask some groups to show.

3.Today we have a funny story foryou.It’sabout“A whale tale”.It is written by Nola from America.

When you read ,tryto answer this question:How many words with“a-e-Aa”in the story?Find them out and read in your groups.

Now read again and try to answer:What did they eat?

Aftergetting the answer,ask them to follow the tape.And ask them to read the story to their parents after this class.

1.Hello,everyone.I have got a picture on this paper,what can you see?Try to tell.(First,show them the picture without words.Then,show them the second picture with words and ask them to read again.)

2.Now I have a story for you.It’s about an ape.(本故事选自连环画出版社《我的第一套自然拼读教材》之猿猴的约会)

(1)The ape has a date.Do you know date? Explain the word to the students.First read quickly and choose a name for thestory. One is“Makea cake”,the other is“The date”.

(2)Now read again,and find out the words with“a-e-Aa”.When they are done,ask some of the students to read them.

(3)Read again,this time,try to think this question:What does he do for the date? Read and try to tell.

(4)Now follow the tape,listen and follow.Then practice in your groups.If you can,act it out.
