目前，随着我国居民生活方式的改变，导致慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡的发病率不断升高。慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡具有病程漫长，迁延难愈的临床特征。研究表明[，慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者的病情控制会受到日常饮食习惯、生活习惯、心理情绪状态等因素影响。因此，在患者治疗期间，积极地采取优质护理措施，对于提升其疗效及生活质量至关重要3。常规护理重视疾病的治疗配合，未重视影响病情控制的多项因素管理，从而导致病情反复发作，迁延难愈，无法获得理想的治疗效果4。综合护理干预通过从饮食、运动、用药、情绪等多个维度对患者实施全面干预，有效弥补了常规护理的不足。该干预模式充分考量影响患者病情控制的多种因素，在帮助患者纠正不良行为习惯的同时，显著提升了患者的自我管理能力。通过系统管控影响疗效的不利因素，不仅实现了病情的有效控制，更显著改善了患者的身心状态5。基于此，本研究旨在分析综合护理干预对慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者生活质量及并发症的影响，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料选择2021年1月-2023年12月收治的64例慢性胃炎合并消化性溃疡患者为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为对照组（ n=32 ，实施常规护理）和研究组（ n=32 ，实施综合护理干预）。研究组中男24例，女8例；年龄18～81岁，平均年龄（ 54.18±4.66 岁。对照组中男24例，女8例；年龄19～79岁，平均年龄（ 54.27±3.38 岁。两组性别、年龄比较，差异无统计学意义（ Pgt;0.05） ，具有可比性。……
