[Abstract] Against the backdrop of rapid economic and social development， various emerging industries are also flourishing. Inthecontextof the national ftnesstrategy，sports dance as amajor representative of emerging industries， has become increasingly highlighted its industrial value.The article specifically combines newquality productivity to analyze the practical path of promoting the modermization transformation and upgrading of the sports dance industry， and points out that new quality productivity can provide driving support for the modernization and upgrading of the sports dance industry through technological innovation，scene innovation，and mode innovation.At the same time， the article points outthat in the processofmodernization and upgrading of the sports dance industry，there are also challngessuchas technological integration，industrial development，and talentshortage.Basedon this，thearticle proposes theneedto further strengthentheapplicationof technology，enhance industrial level，strengthen teambuilding， and utilize new quality productivity to safeguard the modernization and upgrading of the sports dance industry.
