[摘 要：在城市迈向高质量发展的进程中，面对复杂多变的国内外环境，提升城市经济韧性变得越发重要。文章在探究制造业集聚对城市经济韧性影响机理的基础上，运用2008—2021年中国278个城市面板数据进行实证研究。研究发现：制造业集聚可以显著提升城市经济韧性，且这一影响作用具有明显的异质性；有效市场与有为政府的耦合协同效应在制造业集聚提升城市经济韧性的过程中起正向调节作用且具有异质性；空间效应分析表明，制造业集聚对城市经济韧性提升具有正向空间溢出效应。据此，文章针对如何提高城市经济韧性提出相应对策建议。

Research on the Impact of Manufacturing Clustering on Urban Economic Resilience

Abstract：In the pursuit of high-quality development within the intricate and ever-changing domestic and international landscapes，the enhancement of urban economic resilience has emerged as a critical objective for cities. The article delves into the intricate relationship between manufacturing clustering and urban economic resilience，utilizing empirical analysis of panel data collected from 278 Chinese cities spanning the period from 2008 to 2021. Findings： Industrial clustering significantly enhances urban economic resilience，although this impact demonstrates notable heterogeneity. The synergistic coupling of effective markets and good-governance government plays a positive role in regulating this impact，showing heterogeneity as well. Spatial analysis indicates that industrial clustering leads to positive spatial spillover effects that contribute to the strengthening of urban economic resilience. Accordingly，this essay puts forward strategies aimed at bolstering urban economic resilience.

一、引 言

城市作为经济增长的发动机，依然面临着许多冲击和挑战。党的二十大报告指出，“加强城市基础设施建设，打造宜居、韧性、智慧城市”，“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要中明确提出要建设“韧性城市”。经济是城市发展的命脉，韧性城市的建设离不开经济韧性的提升。城市经济韧性是包括抵抗力、恢复力、再组织力和更新力的一种适应性的动态调整能力［1］，即经济体系对外部冲击的抵御和恢复能力，以及受冲击后通过重新配置生产要素确定新发展路径的能力［2］。影响城市经济韧性的因素错综复杂，关键在于找到动力性因素［3］。制造业作为我国经济的“压舱石”，能通过多种渠道为社会发展提供动力。……
