[摘 要]目的 分析创伤骨科去皮植皮手术患者应用疼痛护理管理的效果。方法 选择我院2020年3月-2021年5月收治的60例创伤骨科去皮植皮手术患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组予以常规护理干预，观察组予以疼痛护理管理干预，比较两组疼痛情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理后第2、4、6天疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组满意度为93.33%，高于对照组的66.67%（P<0.05）。结论 相较于常规护理干预，疼痛护理管理在创伤骨科去皮植皮手术护理中的应用效果良好，可有效缓解患者术后疼痛情况，且患者对护理满意度较高。

Application Effect of Pain Nursing Management in Patients with Orthopedic Trauma Skin Grafting Surgery

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of pain nursing management on patients with orthopedic trauma skin grafting surgery. Methods From March 2020 to May 2021， 60 patients with orthopedic trauma skin grafting surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention， and the observation group was given pain nursing management intervention. The pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 2nd， 4th and 6th day after nursing （P<0.05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%， which was higher than 66.67% of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Compared with routine nursing intervention， the application effect of pain nursing management in the nursing of orthopedic trauma skin grafting surgery is good， which can effectively relieve the postoperative pain of patients， and the patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.

創伤骨科去皮植皮手术是一种常见的治疗创伤、烧伤和溃疡等皮肤缺损的方法。然而，手术后的疼痛不仅会影响患者的舒适度，还可能导致一系列并发症，如焦虑、抑郁、失眠等[1]。而有效、合理的护理方案能够帮助患者改善疼痛，为患者创造良好舒适的诊疗环境[2，3]。基于此，本研究结合本院2020年3月-2021年5月收治的创伤骨科去皮植皮手术患者临床资料展开分析，旨在研究疼痛护理管理在创伤骨科去皮植皮手术患者中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选择联勤保障部队第九〇一医院2020年3月-2021年5月收治的60例创伤骨科去皮植皮手术患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组，每组s30例。对照组男20例，女10例；年龄19～54岁，平均年龄（32.40±5.40）岁。观察组男18例，女12例，年龄18～58岁，平均年龄（39.70±5.60）岁。两组性别、年龄、性别比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），研究可比。
