[摘 要]目的 探讨对眉间纹患者应用A型肉毒毒素注射联合透明质酸填充术治疗的效果。方法 选取2022年10月-2023年6月青县人民医院收治的120例眉间纹患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组采用A型肉毒毒素注射治疗，观察组采用A型肉毒毒素注射联合透明质酸填充术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、皱纹情况及复发情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组术后皱纹评分均低于术前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组复发率为3.33%，低于对照组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对眉间纹患者予以A型肉毒毒素注射联合透明质酸填充术治疗的效果良好，可有效淡化皱纹，且治疗后复发率较低，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Filling in the Treatment of Glabellar Frown Lines

[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of type A botulinum toxin injection combined with hyaluronic acid filling in patients with glabellar frown lines. Methods A total of 120 patients with labellar frown lines admitted to Qing County Peoples Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into control group and observation group， with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with type A botulinum toxin injection， and the observation group was treated with type A botulinum toxin injection combined with hyaluronic acid filling. The clinical efficacy， wrinkles and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%， which was higher than 73.33% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The postoperative wrinkle scores of the two groups were lower than those before the operation， and the observation group was lower than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%， which was lower than 16.67% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Type A botulinum toxin injection combined with hyaluronic acid filling is effective in the treatment of patients with glabellar frown lines， which can effectively dilute wrinkles and has a low recurrence rate. It is worthy of clinical application.

随着微创治疗技术的发展，目前临床已经可以采用透明质酸填充术来改善面容衰老[1]。但是由于填料渗入不充分、填料降解、迁移等原因，透明质酸填充术的治疗效果在注射后减弱较快，常需重新注入填料，给患者的经济、心理带来压力和负担[2]。研究显示[3]，在治疗眉间纹时，单独注射透明质酸或肉毒毒素均存在一定的弊端，如效果有限、矫正不足、持续时间短等。另有研究显示[4]，对眉间纹患者应用A型肉毒毒素注射联合透明质酸填充治疗，所获得的消除细纹、皱纹的效果更为理想。基于此，本研究结合2022年10月-2023年6月青县人民医院收治的120例眉间纹患者临床资料，旨在进一步明确A型肉毒毒素注射联合透明质酸填充术治疗眉间纹的临床效果，以期为临床相关研究提供一定参考价值，现报道如下。
