【摘要】目的：研究密闭式排除液体技术在血液透析机的血液管路中液体、透析器内液体排除中应用的效果。方法：选择80例使用血液透析机治疗的患者进行数据研究，选择病例的时间是2021年02月26日—2021年11月30日，随机数字表法分组后，分组后，每组40例，在研究组患者中使用密闭式排除液体技术，在对照组患者中使用传统排液方式，对比两组患者的组间数据，包括医疗垃圾重量、花费时间。结果：对比对照组患者，研究组患者的医疗垃圾重量显著更轻，但是花费时间明显更长（P<0.05）。结论：密闭式排除液体技术在血液透析机的血液管路中液体、透析器内液体排除中应用，效果显著，临床应用价值较高。

Clinical application of hemodialyzer closed blood pipeline and fluid in dialyzer

【Abstract】 Objective： To study the effect of closed fluid elimination technology in the blood pipeline of hemodialyzer and in the dialyzer. Methods： A total of 80 patients treated with hemodialysis machines were selected for data study from February26， 2021 to November30， 2021. After grouping by random number table， 40 patients in each group were selected. Closed fluid drainage technique was used in the study group and traditional fluid drainage method was used in the control group. Intergroup data， including medical waste weight and time spent， were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with the control group， the weight of medical waste in the study group was significantly lighter， but the time spent was significantly longer（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The application of closed fluid drainage technique in the blood pipeline of hemodialyzer and in the dialyzer has remarkable effect and high clinical application value.

我院血液凈化中心常规血液透析中，血液透析器及体外血液循环管路是必须使用的一次性医疗耗材，在患者血液透析过程中采用密闭式回血方式。在患者治疗后，透析器、穿刺针、血液管路均属于医疗垃圾，在处理时，秉持统一处理方式，严格参照医院规章制度来开展，但是，在回血下机后，在处理医疗垃圾时，透析器、血液管路中的生理盐水废液会导致医疗垃圾重量增加，医疗垃圾处理费用也增加。以往采用传统排液方式，操作简单，对其工作原理进行分析得出，将机器本身排空功能运用，排除透析器膜外的透析液，但是有一定的操作局限性[1]，仅仅可以排除膜外废液，但是不能有效排除血液管路、透析器内的废液，会导致医疗垃圾的处理费用增加。为了对以上问题进行解决，应对排除液体技术进行改进，将密闭式排除方法采用，向医院污水处理系统中排放废液。……
