摘 要： 农村文化礼堂是满足基层群众精神文化需求和振兴乡村文化的重要媒介。全面建成小康社会后，相对贫困治理成为治国理政面临的长期性问题，作为农村公共服务的新载体，农村文化礼堂发挥出的整合乡村文化资源、激发基层社会治理效能和维系社会关联等功能，对守护农民精神家园、提振农村精神活力、摆脱相对精神贫困和深化农村改革发挥了不可替代的作用。同时需看清，农村文化礼堂建设也面临着资源分配不均、政府外部输入与村庄内部建构之间难以协调和内生动力不足等现实问题，对此可以通过挖掘地域特色、完善配套保障和强化需求导向等途径来优化农村文化礼堂建设。

of rural cultural auditoriums：From the perspective of relative spiritual

poverty governance

Abstract：  The rural cultural auditorium is an important medium to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the grass-roots people and revitalize the rural culture. After building a well-off society in an all-round way， relative poverty governance becomes a long-term problems facing governance. As a new carrier of rural public services， the rural cultural auditorium plays an irreplaceable role in protecting farmers' spiritual home， boosting rural spiritual vitality， getting rid of relative spiritual poverty and deepening rural reform by integrating the rural cultural resources， stimulating grassroots social governance efficiency and maintaining social correlation. At the same time， it is necessary to see that the construction of rural cultural auditoriums is also faced with practical problems such as uneven distribution of resources， difficult coordination between the external government input and the internal construction with a village， and lack of internal power. Therefore， the construction of rural cultural auditoriums can be optimized by excavating regional characteristics， improving supporting guarantee and strengthening demand orientation.

开展农村文化礼堂建设是深化续写“八八战略”、探索乡村治理现代化的有益尝试和创新实践。农村文化礼堂以振兴农村发展和满足农民生活需求为目标，是提升乡村社会基层治理效能，实现乡村振兴的重要载体。自2013年试点以来，农村文化礼堂的建设思路愈加清晰明确，活动内容逐步丰富。2021年9月颁布的《浙江省乡村振兴促进条例》［1］强调，“村民委员会应当利用农村文化礼堂等载体，开展群众性精神文明创建活动，传承慈孝美德，弘扬和合文化，教育和引导村民践行社会主义核心价值观。”经济社会的快速发展冲击着传统农村的社会结构，农村社会面临着人口流失、人口老龄化和大型组织活动难以开展等难题，这也不可避免的带来精神文化生活匮乏的负面影响。……
