【摘 要】目的 探究超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合疤痕贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 选取湛江中心人民医院烧伤整形外科2021年10月-2022年9月收治的60例增生性瘢痕患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组给予超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗，观察组给予超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合疤痕贴治疗，比较两组瘢痕凹凸度、红色度、瘙痒程度和满意度。结果 观察组治疗后1、3、6个月瘢痕凹凸度均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后1、3、6个月红色度均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组治疗后1、3、6个月瘙痒评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合疤痕贴治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果良好，可降低瘢痕凹凸度，改善红色度和瘙痒程度，且患者满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Ultra-pulsed CO2 Fractional Laser Combined with Scar Sticker in the Treatment of Hypertrophic Scar

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with scar sticker in the treatment of hypertrophic scars. Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery， Central Peoples Hospital of Zhanjiang from October 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser， and the observation group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with scar sticker. The scar convexity， redness， itching degree and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scar convexity of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1， 3 and 6 months after treatment （P<0.05）. The redness of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1， 3 and 6 months after treatment （P<0.05）. The pruritus scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1， 3 and 6 months after treatment （P<0.05）. The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 fractional laser combined with scar sticker in the treatment of hypertrophic scar is good， which can reduce the concave and convex degree of scar， improve the red degree and pruritus degree， and has high patient satisfaction.It is safe and worthy of clinical application.

增生性瘢痕（hypertrophic scar）又叫肥厚性瘢痕，通常发生于皮肤真皮层的皮肤病理性愈合的外界创伤产物，給患者的外貌和生活质量带来了严重的负面影响[1，2]。增生性瘢痕对患者的外貌和心理健康均会造成严重负面影响，需要寻找更有效、安全的治疗方法。有研究表明[3，4]，超脉冲CO2点阵激光通过刺激瘢痕组织的再生和修复，促进胶原蛋白新生和结构重组，从而改善瘢痕的外观和结构。而疤痕贴可提供保护作用，能够抑制毛细血管再生，减少胶原沉积，隔断伤口与外界的联系，从而有效防止感染，且湿润环境下可缓解疼痛、瘙痒感，加速瘢痕愈合过程[5-7]。两者联合应用可以综合发挥各自的优势，提高治疗效果。由于超脉冲CO2点阵激光和疤痕贴都是非侵入性治疗方法，无需手术切除或使用药物，因此并发症发生风险较低[8，9]。治疗过程中，可以根据患者的情况进行个性化调整，确保治疗的安全性和有效性。……
