【摘 要】麻黄连翘赤小豆汤作为张仲景经典名方，被后世医家广泛应用且成效显著。近期许多研究表明该方加减或合方在治疗各类如病毒性、变态反应性、红斑鳞屑性及神经功能性等皮肤病方面均有较好的临床效果，充分体现了“方证对应，异病同治”的重要思想。本文收集整理了近年来当代医家运用该方加减或合方治疗皮肤病的经验总结及对照试验等，从而探究麻黄连翘赤小豆汤治疗皮肤病的临床价值，为临床治疗皮肤病提供新的思路和参考。

Clinical Application Status of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou Decoction in the Treatment of Skin Diseases

【Abstract】Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction， as a classic prescription of ZHANG Zhong-jing， has been widely used by later generations of doctors and has achieved remarkable results. Many recent studies have shown that the addition and subtraction or combination of this prescription has a good clinical effect in the treatment of various skin diseases such as viral， allergic， erythema， scaly and neurofunctional skin diseases， which fully embodies the important idea of “formula-pattern correspondence， homotherapy for heteropathy”. This article collected and sorted out the experience summary and controlled trials of contemporary doctors using this prescription to treat skin diseases in recent years， so as to explore the clinical value of Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction in the treatment of skin diseases， and provide new ideas and references for clinical treatment of skin diseases.

麻黃连翘赤小豆汤源于张仲景的《伤寒论？辨阳明病脉证并治》：“伤寒瘀热在里，身必黄。麻黄连翘赤小豆汤主之”。药物组成：麻黄、赤小豆、连翘、杏仁、生梓白皮、大枣、生姜、甘草。方中麻黄、生姜外散风寒邪气；杏仁降逆，大枣、甘草生津益气润燥和中。连翘清热解毒，散结消肿；赤小豆利水消肿，排脓解毒，生梓白皮（多代以桑白皮）性味甘寒，可清泄肺热，利水消肿。诸药共奏调畅气机、宣散表邪、清利湿热解毒之功，具有“开鬼门，洁净府”之意。所谓“有是证，用是方”，此方原用于湿热黄疸，现代医家将其灵活用于泌尿系统、呼吸系统以及皮肤病等，疗效显著，充分体现了“方证对应，异病同治”的重要思想。现将麻黄连翘赤小豆汤在皮肤病中的应用进行总结，以期为临床治疗皮肤病提供参考。
