【摘 要】瘢痕挛缩属于手部烧伤后比较常见的并发症之一，会引起功能障碍，降低患者的日常生活质量。因此，需高度重视手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩的防治工作。当前，有关手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩的防治措施较多，伴随医学技术不断进步，各类新的防治措施相继出现并被应用于临床，且取得了良好疗效。本文围绕近年来手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩预防和治疗的研究进展进行综述，旨在为临床制定有关防治方案提供参考依据。

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Hand Burn Scar Contracture

【Abstract】Scar contracture is one of the common complications after hand burns， which can cause dysfunction and reduce the quality of daily life of patients. Therefore， it is necessary to attach great importance to the prevention and treatment of scar contracture after hand burn. At present， there are many prevention and treatment measures for scar contracture after hand burn. With the continuous progress of medical technology， various new prevention and treatment measures have emerged and been applied to clinical practice， and good results have been achieved. This article reviews the research progress of prevention and treatment of scar contracture after hand burn in recent years， aiming to provide reference for clinical formulation of relevant prevention and treatment programs.

手燒伤（hand burns）属于临床一类常见烧伤性疾病，有调查显示[1]，其在众多烧伤类型中占比45%～50%，因手部解剖结构较为复杂，在深度烧伤后畸形发生率为50%～70%，会引起程度不一的功能损害，甚至能出现特殊类型“爪形手”畸形，导致手部功能大部分或者完全性丧失，影响患者生活质量。据有关研究显示[2]，手部烧伤后能产生感染以及瘢痕挛缩等并发症，以往采取手术治疗存在较大创伤，且治疗费用较高，无法被所有患者接受。近年来，伴随临床对手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩重视程度的不断提高，如何做好手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩防治工作逐渐成为临床面临的重要难题之一。本文对瘢痕挛缩的定义、临床表现和机制进行简要介绍，并综述了近年来手烧伤后瘢痕挛缩预防和治疗的研究进展，以期为临床治疗手部烧伤瘢痕挛缩提供参考。……
