【摘 要】目的 探究射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2023年3月于我院行吸脂手术的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为常规组和研究组，每组40例。常规组采用传统吸脂术，研究组采用射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术，比较两组手术抽吸量、手术时间、腰围周径减少量、消肿时间及满意度。结果 研究组手术抽吸量、腰围周径减少量均大于常规组，消肿时间短于常规组（P<0.05）；两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组满意率及满意度评分均高于常规组（P<0.05）。结论 射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术的整体效果较好，可提高手术抽吸量，缩小腰围周径，且术后消肿时间较短，恢复较快，患者满意度较高。

Clinical Effect of Radiofrequency-assisted Lumbar and Abdominal Liposuction Combined with Lower Abdominal Wall Plastic Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency-assisted lumbar and abdominal liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent liposuction surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method， with 40 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with traditional liposuction， and the study group was treated with radiofrequency-assisted lumbar and abdominal liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery. The amount of surgical suction， operation time， circumference reduction of waist circumference， detumescence time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of surgical suction and the reduction of waist circumference in the study group was greater than that in the conventional group， and the swelling time was shorter than that in the conventional group （P<0.05）， while there was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups （P>0.05）. The satisfaction rate and satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Radiofrequency-assisted lumbar and abdominal liposuction combined with lower abdominal wall plastic surgery has a good overall effect， which can improve the amount of surgical suction， reduce the circumference of waist circumference， shorten the postoperative swelling time， recover faster， and have higher patient satisfaction.

女性妊娠、衰老等均容易造成腹壁明顯变化，表现为腹壁皮肤松弛、脂肪堆积，腹壁向前向下悬垂的同时，容易出现下坠、膨出及腹围增加情况。对于腹壁松弛患者，既往临床常采用传统吸脂术，一般分期进行，但该手术操作风险较大，术后并发症发生几率较高[1]。有研究表明[2]，通过脂肪抽吸联合腹壁整形术能够有效减少腹壁剥离难度，降低并发症发生率。近年来，射频辅助腰腹部吸脂术逐渐广泛应用于临床，双极射频主要通过吸脂切口将射频能力进行作用，在通过热效应刺激和新生的同时，能够产生紧肤的效应，可有效改善腹壁松弛情况[3]。基于此，本研究旨在探究射频辅助腰腹部吸脂联合下腹壁整形术的临床效果，现报道如下。
