【摘 要】目的 探究临床护理路径在不对称双眼皮整形修复术患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年1月于本院门诊行不对称双眼皮整形修复术的74例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组（n=35）和研究组（n=39）。对照组接受常规护理，研究组接受临床护理路径，比较两组术后并发症发生率、护理满意度及炎症因子水平。结果 研究组感染、出血、肿胀及其他并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组非常满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理路径在不对称双眼皮整形修复术患者中的应用效果确切，可有效预防术后并发症，提高护理满意度，同时能够减轻术后炎症反应，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Asymmetric Double Eyelid Plastic Repair Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group （n=35） and study group （n=39）. The control group received routine nursing， and the study group received clinical nursing pathway. The incidence of postoperative complications， nursing satisfaction and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of infection， bleeding， swelling and other complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The very satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The levels of IL-6， TNF-α， IL-1β and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair is effective， which can effectively prevent postoperative complications， improve nursing satisfaction， reduce postoperative inflammatory response， and is worthy of clinical application.

不對称双眼皮整形修复术（asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair surgery）是一种常见的美容手术，但手术后可能出现一些并发症，影响患者的术后恢复和满意度[1，2]。因此，寻找有效的护理方法以减少并发症的发生并提高患者的护理满意度是非常重要的。在不对称双眼皮整形修复术中，常规护理是目前广泛采用的一种护理模式。常规护理通常包括术前准备、手术操作、术后恢复和护理指导等环节，护理效果确切，但存在一定的局限性，比如缺乏个体化和系统性的护理路径指导，在术后并发症的预防和处理上存在不足，以及在术后护理流程和指导方面缺乏规范性和一致性。这些问题均可能影响护理质量和患者满意度。临床护理路径（clinical nursing pathway）是一种以证据为基础、规范化和系统化的护理指导方案，旨在提供一致性和标准化的护理服务[3，4]。通过临床护理路径，可以制定出针对不对称双眼皮整形修复术的具体护理方案，明确护理流程和操作要点，提高护理质量和安全性。……
