【摘 要】目的 分析自我效能干预对妇科开腹手术患者切口美观度、生活质量的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月在南京市妇幼保健院行开腹手术的60例患者，随机分成对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组实施围术期护理，观察组在对照组基础上增加了自我效能干预，比较两组伤口美观度、生活质量和临床指标。结果 观察组术后伤口美观度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术中出血量少于对照组，下床时间、住院时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 自我效能干预下妇科开腹手术患者伤口美观性可以得到提升，有利于改善患者围术期临床指标，促进了术后生活质量的提升。

Effect of Self-efficacy Intervention on Wound Aesthetics and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparotomy

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of self-efficacy intervention on wound Aesthetics and quality of life in patients undergoing gynecological laparotomy. Methods Sixty patients who underwent laparotomy in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing， and the observation group was given self-efficacy intervention on the basis of the control group. The wound aesthetics， quality of life and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative wound aesthetics of the observation group was better than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group， and the time of getting out of bed and hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Self-efficacy intervention can improve the wound aesthetics of patients undergoing gynecological laparotomy， improve the perioperative clinical indicators， and promote the improvement of postoperative quality of life.

婦科肿瘤的发生与患者的不良饮食习惯、体内激素分泌等相关，是威胁女性健康的重要因素之一，对患者的身体及心理产生重要影响，对患者生活质量造成不良影响[1-3]。目前针对妇科肿瘤一般进行手术治疗，通过手术切除病灶，以保障治疗效果[4-6]。目前由于腹腔镜手术的普及，较多的患者会选择微创治疗，但是由于患者自身及疾病原因，部分患者无法通过微创手术治疗，开腹手术成为唯一的治疗方式。由于患者对于开腹手术的认知存在一定的偏差，及对伤口术后美观性存在担忧，患者围术期内的相关临床指标较低，不利于提升患者术后生活质量[7-9]。因此如何提升患者生活质量及开腹伤口美观性成为妇科护理的热点问题。自我效能干预可增强患者战胜疾病的信心，增强其自我效能感，从而促进疾病的康复。本研究选取2021年1月-2022年12月在南京市妇幼保健院进行开腹手术的60例患者进行对照研究，现报道如下。……
