【摘 要】目的 探究复合酸治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取我院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的56例痤疮患者为研究对象，均实施复合酸治疗，观察治疗后4、8、12周临床疗效及皮肤图像指标。结果 56例患者治疗8周后总有效率高于治疗2、4周后，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗8周后紫质、红色区、毛孔、斑点的VISIA检测结果均优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 复合酸治疗痤疮的临床效果良好，且应用安全性较高，可有效改善患者的临床症状，促进康复。

Clinical Effect of Compound Acid in the Treatment of Acne

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of compound acid in the treatment of acne. Methods A total of 56 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with compound acid. The clinical efficacy at 4， 8 and 12 weeks after treatment and skin image indexes were observed. Results The total effective rate of 56 patients after 8 weeks of treatment was higher than that after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The VISIA test results of violet matter， red area， pores and spots after 8 weeks of treatment were better than those before treatment， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of compound acid in the treatment of acne is good， and the application safety is high， which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote rehabilitation.

痤疮（acne）是发生在毛囊皮脂腺以及附近组织结构的一种慢性炎症，一般表现出丘疹、结节、粉刺等，此类疾病有着较为复杂的发病机制，内分泌紊乱、免疫力低下等则是导致痤疮发病的主要原因[1]。临床上对此类患者展开治疗时，一般会运用口服药物、局部治疗，随着医学技术的进一步发展，水杨酸、果酸等在痤疮治疗中得到了较为广泛的运用。相关研究指出[2]，运用复合酸治疗痤疮的效果良好，可有效改善患者的痤疮症状。复合酸（compound acid）是由多种不同酸性成分所制作的，在皮肤上均匀涂抹复合酸，能够起到缓解局部炎性反应的作用，也能够有效抑制由于油脂过分分泌进而导致的痤疮症状[3]。基于此，本研究結合我院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的56例痤疮患者临床资料，旨在深入了解复合酸在痤疮患者中的应用效果，以期帮助痤疮患者缓解疾病的痛苦，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取贵州医科大学附属医院2020年6月-2022年6月收治的56例痤疮患者为研究对象。纳入标准：①经临床诊断确诊为痤疮；②自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书；③诊疗期间依从性良好；④临床资料真实且完整。……
