【摘要】燃油加油机是进行燃油加注的重要计量设备，其计量准确性关乎着广大人民群众的根本利益。近年来随着市场监管力度的不断加强，燃油加油机计量的准确性也不断提高。燃油加油机作为成品油销售工具，在使用过程中会产生一些相关数据，如油气采集数据、加油时间、加油频次、加油量等。这些数据可以通过在线实时监测的方式被相关部门用于环境保护、油品交易、能源消耗等方面的分析和应用。因此一些燃油加油机加装了数据采集设备，但在燃油加油机的改造和加装设备过程中存在一些需要探讨的问题。

Analysis of Data Acquisition of Fuel Dispenser

Abstract：Fuel dispenser is an important metering device for fuel filling，and its metering accuracy is related to the fundamental interests of the masses. In recent years，with the continuous strengthening of market supervision，the accuracy of fuel dispenser metering has also been improved. As a widely used product oil sales tool，the fuel dispenser can be used by relevant departments for analysis and application of environmental protection，oil trading，energy consumption and other aspects through online real-time monitoring of relevant data generated in the use process，such as oil and gas collection data and refueling time，refueling frequency，refueling volume and other transaction data. Therefore，some fuel dispensers are equipped with data acquisition equipment，but there are some problems that need to be discussed in the process of fuel dispenser transformation and equipment installation.

1燃油加油機数据采集的基本情况

1.1燃油加油机现有采集设备情况

目前使用的燃油加油机都是税控加油机，按税务部门要求在内部安装了税控装置，用于遏制加油机作弊和偷逃税款的行为。另外按环保部门要求，加油机安装了油气回收装置，用于回收油品在储运、装卸和加注过程中排放的油气，防止油气挥发造成大气污染，同时也消除安全隐患。油气回收装置可以提高能源的利用率，减小能源损耗。涉及加油机部分的回收设备主要用于二次油气回收阶段。加装设备有油气分离装置、气液比适配器、气体流量计、压力传感器等。目前安装的税控和油气回收装置基本为就地采集装置，税控数据需要通过专用POS机进行读取，油气回收的相关数据需要通过就地计算机进行读取。……
