【摘要】本文将《室内空气质量标准》2022年版和2002年版进行对比分析，对新旧标准的封面和目次、范围、规范性引用文件、术语和定义、室内空气质量要求、室內空气质量指标测定与评价等内容进行差异分析，并提出实施建议，以期促进新标准的理解与应用。

GB/T 18883 Standards for indoor air quality Old and New Standard Difference Analysis

Abstract：This article 2022 edition and 2002 edition of standard for indoor air quality，this paper compares and analyzes on the cover of the new and old standard and discuss，scope and normative reference files，terms and definitions，indoor air quality，indoor air quality indicators measuring and evaluation content has carried on the variance analysis，and put forward implementation suggestion，in order to promote the understanding and application of new standards.

我国于2002年发布了国家标准GB/T 18883—2002《室内空气质量标准》（以下简称旧标准），对室内空气质量提出了标准化要求。然而经过二十年的发展，旧标准暴露出一些问题，如标准中对一些指标的限制与相关标准和引用文件中的限制缺乏一致性，标准可操作性欠佳等。另外，空气质量各项指标的测定方法有所改变，旧标准中的一些测定方法现已不常用，且有些现行的测定方法未出现在旧标准中。2022年发布的GB/T 18883—2022《室内空气质量标准》（以下简称新标准）对上述问题进行了改进，更改了多项指标的限值要求以及测定方法，提高了标准的先进性和可操作性。本文主要对新旧标准的差异进行分析。

1新旧标准基本差异

1.1封面和目次

标准封面的修改主要包括标准分类号、英文名称以及发布单位。旧标准的CCS分类号“Z 50”在新标准中改为“C 51”。旧标准的英文名称为“Indoor air quality standard”，新标准的英文名称为“Standards for indoor air quality”。旧标准的发布单位为“国家质量监督检验检疫总局、卫生部和国家环境保护总局”，新标准的发布单位为“国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会”。新标准增加了目次，使标准结构更加清楚明了，便于读者查阅。……
