摘 要：本文属于汽车制造技术领域，基于在样车试制柔性制造技术装备的开发及应用。通过举证一批样车试制的自动化柔性制造装备、自动化柔性测量装备、柔性工装夹具装备、柔性吊运装备等的开发工作经验，分析在样车试制的工艺、方法、工装、工具、运输及自动化等方面如何进行柔性制造技术装备的开发研究，构建一整套完全自主开发的高精度、标准化、模块化、柔性化、智能化的新产品样车柔性制造技术装备体系，帮助车企缩短新产品汽车研发周期，提升汽车样车试制的制造品质。

Development and application of flexible manufacturing equipment for trial production of sample vehicle

Abstract：This paper belongs to the field of automobile manufacturing technology， based on the development and application of flexible manufacturing technology equipment in the trial production of sample vehicles.Through the demonstration of a batch of sample vehicle trial production of automatic flexible manufacturing equipment， automatic flexible measuring equipment， flexible fixture equipment， flexible lifting equipment and other development work experience， analysis in the sample vehicle trial production process， methods， tooling， tools， transportation and automation and other aspects of the development of flexible manufacturing technology equipment.A complete set of high-precision， standardized， modular， flexible and intelligent flexible manufacturing technology and equipment system for new product sample vehicles has been built independently to help automobile enterprises shorten the research and development cycle of new products and improve the manufacturing quality of trial production of automobile sample vehicles.

1 引言

随着汽车产业的高速发展，中国汽车进入4.0时代[1]，新产品汽车快速更新叠代，汽车品质要求更高更好，汽车的研发周期更短更快，一个全新车型的研发周期从VPI到 SORP（Start of Regular Production）是24～36个月[2]，而新产品样车试制又是新产品汽车研发一个重要环节，对新产品汽车研发周期的长短和汽车制造产品质量影响极大。我国的新产品样车试制研发技术起步较晚，自主品牌企业、合资品牌企业本地化的试制能力仍然偏弱[3]，样车试制技术比较落后，缺乏相应的快速制造和柔性制造的工艺、方法、标准、夹具、工具及装备，从而导致新产品样车试制开发周期过长、成本较高，样车的制造精度和可靠性不高，削弱产品竞争力。
