摘 要：在深入贯彻国家产教融合政策的引领下，加快职业教育改革的步伐与创新人才培养模式，“1+X”证书制度是发展职业教育改革创新的重要举措，而实训基地建设则正是“1+X”中的基础保障条件，是整体质量和实施的关键，是检验人才培养模式与产业融通的必然手段。通过实训基地建设对职业教育下人才培养模式的融合，从而加快“双师型”教师的培养和高技能型、创新型人才的培养，对其起到了重要的支撑作用。

Research on the Construction of Training Bases and Talent Training Models under the "1+X" Certificate System

Abstract：Under the guidance of the in-depth implementation of the national policy of integration of industry and education， to accelerate the pace of vocational education reform and innovate the talent training model， the "1+X" certificate system is an important measure to develop the reform and innovation of vocational education， and the construction of the training base is the basic guarantee condition in the "1+X"， which is the key to the overall quality and implementation， and is an inevitable means to test the talent training model and industrial integration. Through the construction of training bases， the integration of talent training mode under vocational education has accelerated the training of "dual-teacher" teachers and the cultivation of high-skilled and innovative talents， which has played an important supporting role.

在国家深化产教融合及推动打造一批高水平实训基地的政策引领下，以“1+X”证书制度下的职业教育产教融合新方案为解决职业教育与经济发展、学校人才培养模式、教育与产业联动等问题指明了方向，而构建“1+X”产教融合体系中实训室建设则是其中关键的一环。

实训基地是实训教学当中的重要承载体，对学生的技能提升、职业素质培养、改善实践条件等有着重要作用，是提升人才培养质量和学生就业竞争力的有效途径，产教融合下的实训基地建设是结合了职业院校和用人企业互利共赢的发展需求，提高高职院校的社会服务能力，让学生能更快适用企业标准和相关技能，为高职人才培训创造了新的运行模式，通过与企业的合作，有效解决了高校不断扩招，学生数量不断上升，原有实训条件不足的问题。与企业衔接，加强校企产学研结合，不断发挥两者之间的优势，增强职业教育对行业企业、社会经济、社会文化的辐射作用，实现实训基地的共享、共建、共用的良性循环。……
