摘 要：本文基于工作过程系统化课程开发理念，对《二手车鉴定与评估》课程的开发进行了探索。通过调研确定了二手车鉴定与评估工作中的10个典型工作任务，归纳形成工作领域，以此为基础建立了本课程的学习领域，设计出本课程的学习情境。最后按照“资讯、决策、计划、实施、检查、评价”六个步骤进行了课程设计，改革考核方法，注重过程和实操考核。在实际教学过程中取得良好的教学效果。

The Course Development and Research of "Used Car Appraisal and Evaluation" Based on the Systematic Work Process

Abstract：Based on the concept of working process systematic curriculum development， this paper explores the development of The Used Car Appraisal and Evaluation course. Based on the investigation， 10 typical tasks of used car identification and evaluation work are determined， and the work field is summarized and formed. On this basis， the learning field of this course is established and the learning situation of this course is designed. Finally， according to the six steps： "information， decision-making， planning， implementation， inspection， evaluation" ， the curriculum is designed， the assessment method is reformed， with attention paid to the process and practical operation assessment. Good teaching effect has been achieved in the actual teaching process.

1 前言

二手車市场是汽车后市场的重要组成部分，二手车交易涉及诸多环节，包括二手车鉴定、评估、收购、整备、销售、过户等。近年来我国二手车市场快速发展，2021年销量达到1758.51万辆，同比增长22.62%，增速远高于新车销量增速，二手车与新车销量比达到0.67：1。二手车交易不但能提高人们生活水平、促进新车的消费，还能促进就业。

长久以来，我国二手车从业人员以传统的车贩子为主，不公开、不透明成为阻碍二手车市场发展的主要因素。近年来二手车经营的企业化、品牌化使二手车市场日益完善和逐步规范，并迅速发展，二手车专业人才的缺口越来越大。为满足社会和企业需求，各中职、高职院校在汽车技术服务与营销、汽车检测与维修技术等专业分别开设《二手车鉴定与评估》这门课程，一定程度上满足的社会和企业的需要，但是课程的教学中存在重理论、轻实践，重鉴定、轻估价等问题，与企业对人才的需求还有较大的差距。……
