摘 要：工匠精神在当今社会日益受到重视，知行合一是我国传统哲学思想，是提高工匠精神培养的核心理念，它是建立在“知”、“行”和“和一”三个层面上的。文章首先分析了职业教育中实践教学环节的现状，以知行合一为指导思想，以锤炼工匠精神为目标，研究基于知行合一理念下的工匠精神融入实训实践的新教学模式，为工匠精神融入实训实践教学环节探索新的路径，并形成三位一体评价模式——知行合一评价体系，以期促进工匠精神的在实训教学中新的发展。

Research on the path of cultivating craftsman spirit based on the concept of unity of knowledge and practice

Abstract：The craftsman spirit is increasingly valued in today's society. The unity of knowledge and practice is the traditional philosophy of our country and the core concept of improving the cultivation of craftsman spirit. It is based on the three levels of "knowledge"， "action" and "harmony". The article first analyzes the current situation of the practical teaching link in vocational education， takes the unity of knowledge and practice as the guidance and ponders， with the goal of tempering the craftsman spirit， studies the new teaching mode of integrating the craftsman spirit into the training practice based on the concept of unity of knowledge and practice， explores a new path for the craftsman spirit into the practical teaching link， and forms a trinity evaluation mode - the unity of knowledge and practice evaluation system， With a view to promoting the new development of craftsman spirit in practical teaching.

目前高等职业院校中学生在实践能力方面存在明显的不足，实践意识不强，实操能力较弱，未能形成正确的职业素养观念，缺少对质量至上，尽善尽美，克尽职责，精益求精等工匠精神的启蒙和追求，这对于现代社会对高质量人才的需要形成了强烈的反差。因此工匠精神在高职院校的培养至关重要，工匠精神融入实训实践教学中的路径探究迫在眉睫，本文着重挖掘工匠精神和知行合一的意蕴，探究工匠精神融入实训实践教学中的路径，培养符合新时代需要的职业人才。

1 知行合一和工匠精神的内涵

1.1 知行合一内涵

知行合一是我国明代著名哲学家王阳明的哲学思想，“知”即对理论的认知，“行”即是对认知的实践，“合一”即是二者结合起来，相互制约，相辅相成。在教学过程中，“知”主要体现在课堂授课，学生对知识的学习和掌握，“行”主要是实践教学，“合一”就是兩者的结合，当然，认知和行动上往往有偏差，知而不行为纸上谈兵，行而不知为走马观花。……
