摘 要：当前高职院校教师在专业课程融入思政理念的过程中，在专业课程教学内容中生搬硬套、牵强附会地插入一些有关思政教育的说教，是普遍存在一个问题，从效果上来说，这种做法既缺乏说服力，还影响授课内容的逻辑连贯性。因此，专业课程思政教学改革的一个关键问题是在专业课程教学中将知识技能与价值观培养的传授进行有机的统一。《汽车保险与理赔》课程是汽车检测与维修技术专业拓展课程。若要提升学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同感，则需从基于工作过程中的专业知识和技能中提炼所蕴含的思政元素，立德树人的教育目的则将以润物细无声的方式来达到。本文以此课程为研究对象，通过对教师思政修养的提高、课程育人目标的明确、明确思政教育的主要融入点、对教学内容的修整、对教学方法的创新、革新考核标准等方式，在专业课程的教学之中有机的融入思想政治教育展开研究分析。

Reform of ideological and political teaching in the course of Automobile Insurance and Claim Settlement

Abstract：In the process of integrating ideological and political ideas into professional courses， it is a common problem for teachers in higher vocational colleges to mechanically and mechanically insert some preaching about ideological and political education into the teaching content of professional courses. From the perspective of effect， this practice is not only lack of persuasiveness， but also affects the logical coherence of the teaching content. Therefore， a key issue in the reform of ideological and political education in professional courses is to organically integrate the teaching of knowledge skills and values cultivation in professional courses.

The course of Automobile Insurance and Claim Settlement is an expanded course of automobile inspection and maintenance technology. To enhance students' recognition of the core socialist values， it is necessary to extract the ideological and political elements contained in the professional knowledge and skills based on the work process. The educational purpose of moral education will be achieved in a quiet way. This paper takes the course as the research object， and carries out research and analysis on the organic integration of ideological and political education in the teaching of professional courses through the improvement of teachers' ideological and political cultivation， the clarification of the educational objectives of the course， the clarification of the main integration points of ideological and political education， the revision of teaching content， the innovation of teaching methods， and the innovation of assessment standards.

《汽車保险与理赔》课程是汽车专业的拓展课程，在“全员、全程、全方位”的环境下，将汽车保险与理赔课程融入思政内容，能够有效加深学生的社会使命感以及家国情怀，为学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。从而更好的适应今后实际工作的需要。因此，《汽车保险与理赔》课程思政教学改革，思政元素“导入”到教学的每一个环节，把德育教育的核心内容深度融入到专业课堂教学理念之中，具有重大意义。……
