摘 要：本文以广西玉林农业学校学校汽修专业为例论述通过以岗定课、课证融通、以赛促教的课程改革、外引内优、校企共建的双师型教师队伍建设、“虚实一体，训赛考产多功能”实训基地建设、以及建设多元立体化评价体系构建等方式开展岗课赛证融合人才改革，为中职汽修专业人才培养改革提供参考。

Reform of the Talent Training Model of the "Post Class Competition Certificate" of the Middle-vocational Auto Repair Major

——Taking Guangxi Yulin Agricultural School as an Example

Abstract：Taking the auto repair major of Guangxi Yulin Agricultural School as an example， this paper discusses the reform of the integration of talents through the integration of on-the-job courses， the integration of course certificates， the curriculum reform of promoting teaching by competition， the construction of a dual-teacher team jointly built by external introduction and internal excellence， the construction of a training base of "integration of virtual and real， multi-functional training and production"， and the construction of a multi-dimensional evaluation system， so as to provide reference for the reform of training of middle-level auto repair professionals.

1 背景

2021年4月国家副主席在全国职业教育大会首次提出职业学校要开展岗课赛证综合育人。同年10月国务院办公厅印发的《关于推动现代职业教育高质量发展的意见》指出，要“完善‘岗课赛证’综合育人机制”。因此，构建“岗课赛证”融合的人才培养模式，是国家发展新时代职业教育的要求。为推进落实国家方针政策，也为不断提高高技能的复合型人才培养质量，广西玉林农业学校积极开展“岗课赛证”融合的人才培养改革，以下将以广西玉林农业学校汽修专业为例，论述中职汽修专业“岗课赛证”融合人才培养模式改革的具体方法及措施。

2 岗课赛证融合的内涵

依据国家政策要求各地各校纷纷开展“岗课赛证”融合人才培养模式，而如何推进并深化“岗课赛证”育人模式，首先要理清楚其内涵与内在逻辑。“岗课赛证”中的“岗”代表岗位，是职业教育学习的标准，是企业对人才规格需求的体现。“课”代表课程，课程教学使专业人才培养的主要手段，依照职业能力发展的逻辑，开发以学习者为中心的课程体系，是“岗课赛证”融合人才培养模式改革的核心。……
