摘  要： 为构建中医药文化自信及影响因素测量指标体系，通过问卷调查法收集数据，在探索性因子分析基础上，采用线性相关和回归分析的方法，分析得出影响中医药文化自信的主要因素及影响强度。对806份有效问卷的统计分析显示：大众对中医药健康信息的获取能力、中医药文化科普力度、中医药文化交流与传播能力，对中医药文化自信有显著的正向影响，基于实证研究结果，本文有针对性地指出提升中医药文化自信的具体路径，为促进中医药文化事业的发展提供参考。

Study on the construction of influencing factor model of cultural

confidence in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract： In order to construct the measurement index system of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） cultural confidence and influencing factors， the data is collected through questionnaire survey. Based on exploratory factor analysis， the main factors and influencing intensity affecting TCM cultural self-confidence are analyzed by using the methods of linear correlation and regression analysis. The statistical analysis of 806 valid questionnaires shows that the ability to obtain health information of TCM， the popularization of TCM culture and the communication mechanism of TCM culture have a significant positive impact on the self-confidence of TCM culture. Based on the empirical research results， it is targeted to point out the specific path to improve the self-confidence of Chinese medicine culture. It provides a reference for promoting TCM cultural.

0 引言

中醫药文化是中华民族优秀传统文化中不可或缺的一部分，是中华民族几千年来认识生命、维护健康、防治疾病的思想和方法体系[1]，在世界医学发展中发挥着巨大价值。在新的历史时期，中医药文化自信是一个非常值得探讨的问题。

1 中医药文化自信研究现状

目前，关于中医药文化自信的研究理论研究多于实证研究。理论研究方面，学者们结合不同时代特征，从多个角度对中医药文化的内涵、发展历程、重要性等展开讨论，逐步探索中医药文化的传播与中医药文化自信的建设[2-7]。实证研究方面，主要是采用问卷调查法，以特定群体为研究对象，调研中医药文化的自信度水平，探讨不同主体的中医药文化自信教育等问题[8-9]。

现有的实证分析中，侧重于中医药文化自信度的现状调查，研究对象多为大学生群体，对社会大众的中医药文化自信的实证研究较少。……
