摘 要：作为学科基础理论的重要组成部分和实践工作必不可少的工具，档案术语的使用与变化过程，体现出档案方法的发展变化特征。本文将我国档案事业发展的历史进程分为民国至建国初期、文书立卷改革后、改革开放至今三个阶段，以存档、归档与建档三个术语为例，分析术语在档案事业发展过程中的使用情况，发现归档与建档的使用频次不断增加、存档与建档的涉及領域向外拓展、归档与存档的使用情境不断区分等变化，进而总结各阶段档案方法的特点。研究发现，在档案事业发展过程中，档案方法表现出了专业化、工具化、社会化的趋势特征。

Exploration of the Historical Evolution of the Archival Methods in China through Terminology Changes： "Archiving" "Filing" "Documenting"

Abstract： Archival terms are considered as an important part of the basic theory of the subject and essential tools in practice， the use and change process of which show intensively and prominently the development and change of archival methods. This article divides the development of archives into three stages： from the Republic of China to the early years of the People’s Republic of China， the period after filing reform and the period after reform and opening-up. Taking “archiving” “filing” “documenting” for example to analyze the connotation of terms and the meaning of the terms. And then the characteristics of archival methods in each stage can be summarized. It is found that in the course of the development of archives， archival methods have undergone a series of evolutions from standardization， institutionalization and socialization.

档案方法，从应用层面看，是档案工作者在管理档案、档案学者在研究档案的过程中，为达到一定目的所采取的办法和手段；从思想层面看，是档案事业发展过程中表现出的主观意识，是档案人认知观念的集合凝练。作为特定学科领域用来表示概念的称谓的集合，术语往往既是学科基础理论建设的重要组成部分，又是档案工作者开展工作的必要工具。以档案术语为研究对象，对其内涵、使用主体展开研究，能以小见大反映术语指代的档案工作、相关的理论背景甚至档案方法的发展历程。遗憾的是，鲜有学者在宏观层面关注档案方法，尤其是档案方法的发展演变问题。本文以“存档”“归档”“建档”三个术语为例，对其在档案事业发展各阶段中的内涵、使用主体等内容展开分析，挖掘其使用情况所体现的档案方法特点，进而总结档案方法的历史演变，希望对厘清当前档案工作与理论研究中的模糊问题、启示未来档案事业的发展方向有所助益。……
