摘  要： “新工科”人才培养模式下，工程伦理教育越来越显得重要。文章以德州学院理工科大学生为调查对象，对理工科大学生的工程伦理教育现状进行深入调查。从学生和教师两个方面挖掘当前工程伦理教育存在的主要问题，给出高校进行工程伦理教育的几点建议，为新工科背景下理工科大学生工程伦理教育的路径探索提供现实参照。

Abstract： Under the "New Engineering" talent cultivation mode， the engineering ethics education is becoming more and more important. Taking the science and engineering students of Dezhou University as the survey object， an investigation on the current situation of engineering ethics education of science and engineering students is made， the main problems existing in the current engineering ethics education from the two aspects of students and teacher are analyzed， and suggestions on engineering ethics education in colleges and universities are given， to provides a practical reference for the path exploration of engineering ethics education of science and engineering students in the context of New Engineering.

0 引言

“新工科人才”是指能夠主动适应并且充分把握满足未来国家新兴产业、新发展时代国家经济社会发展战略需要的，具有较强理论实践应用能力、创新能力、国际竞争综合能力的高新技术和低素质、复合型专业人才[1-2]。“新工科”人才培养不仅要求培养学生掌握专业技术，而且必须具有良好的职业素养和伦理道德素质。但我国高校对理工科大学生的工程伦理教育仍不够重视[3-4]。根据清华大学和全国工程专业学位研究生教育指导委员会2017年对84所高校的调查显示，已经开设工程伦理及相关课程的院校只有22所，主要是一些重点工科院校，如清华大学、浙江大学、北京航空航天大学、大连理工大学、北京理工大学、华中科技大学、西安交通大学、山东大学等[5]。另外，目前很多工科类专业的老师，尤其是年轻的教师更多都是从专科院校毕业直接考取学校，缺乏丰富的工程项目实践经验，即便自己具有工程项目的经验也大多集中于研发、施工以及建设等各个环节，对于工程项目整个生命周期的亲自体验实践经历极为匮乏，对于工程道德伦理这门课程的知识和系统化把握掌控得并不到位，相对来说比较零散[6]。……
