【摘 要】目的：探討不同护理方法在小儿手足口病护理期间的应用效果。方法：选取2018年6月至2021年2月手足口病患儿进行研究，共计200例，分为参照组100例、研究组100例，参照组应用常规护理，研究组实施综合护理模式，护理效果对比分析。结果：对于治疗有效率，研究组更高（P<0.05）。对于皮疹消退时间、治愈时间，研究组更少（P<0.05）。研究组护理后生活质量评分优于参照组（P<0.05）。研究组护理满意度高于参照组（P<0.05）。结论：手足口病患儿实施综合护理模式，有效缩短治疗时间，促进治疗，改善患儿的生活质量，得到满意评价，护理效果显著。

Effect of different methods of care during the care of pediatric HFMD

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of different nursing methods during the care of pediatric hand， foot， and mouth disease. Methods： From June 2018 to February 2021，a total of 200 children with hand， foot， and mouth disease were selected and divided into a reference group of 100 cases and a study group of 100 cases.The reference group applied routine nursing care， and the study group implemented an integrated nursing model. Results：The treatment effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the reference group， and the difference was（P<0.05）. Time to resolution of rash and time to cure in the study group were less than those in the reference group（P<0.05）. The quality-of-life scores after care in the study group were better than those in the reference group（P<0.05）.The satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group， with a difference of（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Children with HFMD implemented the comprehensive nursing model， which effectively shortened the treatment time， promoted the treatment， improved the quality of life of the children， got evaluated satisfactorily， and the nursing effect was significant.

手足口病属于传染性感染疾病，极易引起脑膜炎、心肌炎，对患儿生命安全产生严重影响。手足口病为传染性疾病，以婴幼儿为高发群体，经消化道传播、呼吸道传播、接触传播，表现为肢体抖动、呕吐、流涕等[1]。手足口病患儿应当及时给予有效治疗，然而，其特效抗毒药物缺乏，多采用对症治疗。有学者提出，手足口病采用西药治疗取得一定效果，但伴随多种并发症，如心肌炎、肺水肿等，通过实施科学护理干预，促进恢复。综合护理模式为新型护理模式，广泛应用于临床，取得患者及医护人员青睐。本文将以200例患儿为对象进行研究，探究综合护理模式的应用价值。

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年6月至2021年2月手足口病患儿进行研究，共计200例，参照组，男性45例，女性55例，年龄3岁～11岁，平均年龄（6.92±1.23）岁。研究组，男性48例，女性52例，年龄3岁～12岁，平均年龄（6.67±1.54）岁。……
