【摘要】自噬作为真核生物中存在的一种基本的细胞降解机制，在维持细胞内环境稳定方面发挥着至关重要的作用。从调节细胞内的基本代谢功能到各种疾病，自噬已成为控制人体内环境稳定的中心调节点。近年来研究者发现自噬异常也出现在精神疾病中，提示自噬可能是某些精神疾病病理生理过程的一部分。该文就自噬及其与一些常见精神疾病例如抑郁症、精神分裂症及自闭谱系障碍等关系的相关研究进展进行介绍。

【Abstract】As a basic cellular degradation mechanism in eukaryotes， autophagy plays an important role in maintaining the stability of intracellular environment. Autophagy has become a central regulatory point to control the stability of human internal environment from regulating the basic metabolic function of cells to various diseases. In recent years， autophagy abnormalities have been found to occur in mental diseases， suggesting that autophagy may be a part of the pathophysiological process of certain mental diseases. This article reviews the research progress on autophagy and its correlation with common mental diseases， such as depression， schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorder， etc.

精神疾病是一類受各种心理、生物以及社会环境因素影响，大脑功能发生紊乱而引起情感、认知、意志及行为等精神活动异常为主要特征的疾病，主要包括抑郁症、精神分裂症、自闭症谱系障碍和双向情感障碍等[1]。随着人们工作、生活和社会压力的不断增大，精神疾病的发病率呈持续上升趋势，已成为全球关注的热点问题之一。就危害性而言，精神疾病是致残的主要原因，造成的经济负担估计在未来30年将超过1.8万亿美元[2-3]。尽管免疫炎症反应、神经元发育异常和突触可塑性降低等被认为是精神疾病的生理基础，但其机制尚未被完全阐明。近年来，关于自噬与精神疾病的关系越来越受研究者们关注，本文主要对自噬相关机制及其与一些常见精神疾病关系的相关研究进展作介绍。
