摘  要： 针对目前在中医住院病案首页诊疗信息填报过程中出现的漏填、错填等问题，依据中医住院病案首页填写规范文件，设计诊疗信息的校验规则及校验算法，基于SpringBoot和Vue开发中医住院病案首页诊疗信息质控系统，实现诊疗信息解析、校验、生成校验报告等功能。该系统能够辅助医务人员填报中医住院病案首页诊疗信息，提高中医住院病案首页诊疗信息填写的完整性、准确性和合理性。

Abstract： In view of the problems such as missing and misfilling in the diagnosis and treatment information on the TCM medical record homepage， according to the standard file of filling in the TCM medical record homepage， this paper designed the verification rules and verification algorithm of diagnosis and treatment information， and developed the quality control system of diagnosis and treatment information on the TCM medical record homepage based on SpringBoot and Vue. The function of diagnosis and treatment information analysis， verification and generating verification report was realized. The system can assist medical personnel to fill in the diagnosis and treatment information on the TCM medical record homepage， and improve the completeness， accuracy and rationality of filling in the diagnosis and treatment information on the TCM medical record homepage.

0 引言

中医住院病案首页是医院进行中医住院病案登记、疾病分类、编制索引、审查、统计的主要依据[1]，其数据质量能够衡量医院业务水平和医疗质量，推动医疗管理走向科学化、规范化。目前，中医住院病案首页质量的缺陷主要在于信息的缺失、错填[3]。为提高中医病案首页数据質量，要加强医务人员的规范化培训、提升编码员专业素质、完善信息系统建设、强化质控体系[5]。本文基于SpringBoot构建中医住院病案首页诊疗信息质控系统，根据中医住院病案首页填写规范文件[6]，设计校验规则及校验算法，对中医住院的病案首页诊疗信息进行校验，有效提高了中医住院病案首页诊疗信息的数据质量，实现了中医住院病案首页诊疗信息质量控制，为医疗研究工作提供更加可靠支撑。
