摘要：如今，伴随着我国通信技术以及信息科技的发展、提升，数字经济也实现了如火如荼的发展，促进高质量发展。本文首先分析了数字经济与高质量发展的内涵以及作用。然后，本文分析了数字经济与高质量发展存在的问题，包括缺乏数字核心技术储备。最后，本文分析了数字经济促进高质量发展的对策，包括深入研发数值核心技术;做好新型制度供给。

Abstract： Today， with the development and improvement of my country's communication technology and information technology， the digital economy has also achieved rapid development， promoting high-quality development. This article first analyzes the connotation and role of digital economy and high-quality development. Then， this article analyzes the problems of digital economy and high-quality development， including the lack of digital core technology reserves. Finally， this article analyzes the countermeasures for the digital economy to promote high-quality development， including the in-depth research and development of numerical core technologies; and the provision of new systems.
