摘 要：高职专业课教学与课程思政教育之间是相辅相成的关系，缺一不可。《机械制造工艺》课程是高职机械制造类专业的一门核心专业必修课程，其隐含的思政教育元素主旨是“红色匠心”，强调“爱党爱国”和“工匠精神”。本文系统性地阐述了教学团队进行课程思政改革的思路及举措，并以案例的形式加以概括。

Research and Exploration on Ideological and Political Reform of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology

Abstract：There is a complementary relationship between professional course teaching and curriculum ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. Mechanical manufacturing technology is a core professional compulsory course for mechanical manufacturing majors in higher vocational colleges. Its implied ideological and political education element is "red ingenuity"， emphasizing "love the party and patriotism" and "craftsman spirit". This paper systematically expounds the ideas and measures of teaching team in curriculum ideological and political reform， and summarizes them in the form of cases.

1 引言

習近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调指出：“要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。”高校各门课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，专业教师既要讲好专业知识，达到各门课程的教学目标，同时也要在各类课程知识体系中融入思想政治教育元素，使各类课程肩负起育人职责[1]。具体到理工类专业人才的培养，不仅注重专业知识教育，更加注重思想德育教育，要践行“立德树人”的教育理念[2]。高职理工类专业课程都具有客观性、职业性和实用性等特点，高职理工类专业课程的课程思政更应注重职业素养教育，思政元素为职业精神、职业道德和职业规范[3]。

《机械制造工艺》课程是高职机械制造类专业的一门核心专业必修课程。通过这门课程不仅要使学生掌握机械加工和装配工艺方案设计的基本理论，具备编制较为复杂零件加工工艺方案的能力，更要坚持“立德树人”，使得学生具备一颗“红色匠心”。……
