摘要：随着当今社会的不断发展和进步，人们对于生活的要求也在不断地提高之中，而作为当今社会中非常重要的印染行业来说同样也是如此。目前我国的生活质量逐步提升，人们对于衣物也有着较高的要求，在这样的要求之下，高温高压染色机的出现能够为人们制造出符合要求的衣物。但是在长时间的使用过程中染色机自身会出现裂纹，从而极大程度上影响了实际的生产效率以及质量。

Abstract： With the continuous development and progress of today's society， people's requirements for life are constantly improving， and the same is true for the very important printing and dyeing industry in today's society. At present， the quality of life in our country is gradually improving， and people have higher requirements for clothing. Under such requirements， the emergence of high temperature and high pressure dyeing machines can produce clothing that meets the requirements for people. However， cracks will appear in the dyeing machine itself during long-term use， which greatly affects the actual production efficiency and quality.

引言：

高温高压染色机在我国的印染行业获得了良好地应用，通过对其科学合理地应用能够有效地提高纺织的效率以及质量，我国的西樵地区在印染业方面较为发达，因此该地区使用的高温高压染色机数量较多，但是在长时间的使用过程中发现该设备存在一定的缺陷以及问题，若是在实际操作过程中发生故障那么对于整体的印染行业来说都会造成很大的影响。本文也就侧重于对当前高温高压染色机产生裂纹的原因进行分析，希望能够帮助到有需要的人。

一、高温高压染色机基本特点
