【摘    要】随着新课程改革的不断深入，初中数学教学的方式出现了很大改变，主要以提升学生学习数学的兴趣、增强学生的综合素质、培养学生的学习能力为主要目的，这就对初中数学教学提出了更高的要求。尤其是在当前素质教育的背景下，在初中数学教学中，教师如何教，学生如何学成为当下人们关注的重点，这直接关系到教师教学的有效性，以及学生学习的效果。为此，本文主要探究新课标下初中数学教与学的思考。

Reflections on the Teaching and Learning of Mathematics in Junior High Schools under the New Curriculum Standard

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform， the way of mathematics teaching in junior high schools has changed a lot. The main purpose is to enhance students' interest in learning mathematics， enhance students' comprehensive quality， and cultivate students' learning ability. Put forward higher requirements. Especially in the context of current quality education， in junior high school mathematics teaching， how teachers teach and how students learn have become the focus of people's attention. This is directly related to the effectiveness of teacher teaching and the effect of student learning. For this reason， this article mainly explores the thinking of junior high school mathematics teaching and learning under the new curriculum standard.

現阶段，我国处于社会经济的转型时期，社会对人才的需求也有所转变，这就要求我们的教育教学要培养出符合新时期社会主义建设的人才。初中阶段的学生正处于思维方式形成的关键时期，而数学学科的学习对于拓展学生的思维，培养学生的创新能力具有很大的优势;并且，数学学科作为基础性学科，也为之后其他学科的学习奠定了基础，因此，初中数学的教与学具有重大意义。

一、现阶段初中数学教与学中存在的主要问题

现阶段初中教学仍然面临着很多问题，应试教育压力对初中学科教学产生着重要的影响，以初中数学为例，传统教学模式对教师的影响仍然根深蒂固，部分教师没有深刻领会新时期数学教学的要求，采用较为死板的方法，不利于提升学生学习数学的兴趣;同时，还有很多初中学生在数学学习上存在着一些问题，像学习方法错误、消极面对数学学习等，导致学习效率不高。……
