【摘 要】 慢性荨麻疹是临床常见皮肤病，因其反复发作，治疗上尤为困难，针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹优势有一定的优越性，可快速缓解临床症状，无明显不良反应。本文通过对近年针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的文献进行整理、研究，从中医对慢性荨麻疹的认识、发病原理及针灸治疗临床研究等方面进行阐述，以期为慢性荨麻疹的针灸治疗提供参考。

Research Progress in Acupuncture Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Abstract：Chronic urticaria is a common skin disease in clinic. Because of its recurrentattacks， treatment is particularly difficult. Acupuncture has certain advantages in treating chronic urticaria， which can quickly relieve clinical symptoms without obvious adverse reactions. This article sorts out and researches the literature of chronic urticaria with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years， and elaborates on the understanding of chronic urticaria， pathogenesis and clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine， in order to provide reference for the acupuncture treatment of chronic urticaria.

慢性荨麻疹发病机制尚不明确，常反复发作，以皮肤瘙痒为主，病程超过6周[1]，目前西医主要以对症治疗为主，仅仅只能暂时控制疾病，并不能彻底治愈荨麻疹，同时因西药长期服用可损害人体肝肾功能及中枢神经系统，患者不愿意长期服药[2]。中医疗法因疗效确切且副作用小被广泛关注，可快速提高皮肤病的临床疗效[3]。特别是针灸治疗方法较多，可直达病所，标本兼治，具有独特的优势，现将近年慢性荨麻疹的针灸治疗研究进展综述如下。

1 中医对慢性荨麻疹的认识及发病机理

1.1 中医对慢性荨麻疹的认识 本病属中医“瘾疹”范畴，记载于《素问·四时刺逆从论》：“少阴有余，病皮痹隐轸”，其中《金匮要略·中风历节病篇》：“邪气中经，则身痒而隐轸”，《诸病源候论》：“风入腠理，与血气相搏，结聚相连，成隐胗”，故本病病机为本虚标实，标实为风邪为本病发病的关键因素，多于寒热之邪夹杂;本虚为肺气虚以致卫气不固，风邪趁虚而入，脾气虚则运化失司，脏腑功能失常，津液转输不利，易生痰湿而发病，且病程迁延不愈。……
